When someone brings in a card they will be able to play golf with cart. It's that simple.
There are no restrictions as to who can use the cards. As many different people can use them as you want
Also, there are no restriction to how many times someone uses a card. Play as much golf as you can. You can have a foursome in the morning and a completely different foursome in the afternoon.
